Self-clmaping Scissor Grips 50 KN

Edit Content

1. Introduction:
It is used primarily for testing highly elastic, soft, elastic samples: plastics and elastomers, films, rubber, etc. with a tensile force of 50 kN.
Opening and closing is carried out by means of a lever. The spring pretension holds the grip open for specimen placement, the scissor effect creates a prestressing force at the start of the test. Thanks to the scissor principle, an automatic clamping occurs with increasing tensile force – an advantage for specimens that narrow during the test.
Clamping jaws have a surface:
jagged pyramidal (Z);
notched V-shaped (ZV), for all types of round samples.
The grip is ideal for tear and peel testing as a top grip.
